Payments. Online bank card payment
Our website is connected to online acquiring, allowing you to pay for services using Visa or Mastercard bank cards. After confirming your selected product or service, a secure window with the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for further identification. Please check with your issuing bank for rules and methods of additional authentication.
The online payment service is conducted in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard, based on confidentiality and payment security principles. The latest verification, encryption, and data transmission methods over secure communication channels are used. Card data entry is performed in a secure window on the payment page of JSC Bank CenterCredit.
You must enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard) on the payment page. All necessary data are displayed on the surface of your bank card.
CVV2/CVC2 is the three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Next, in the same window, a page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure code set up, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you do not receive the 3-D Secure code, please contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most advanced technology ensuring the security of card payments on the internet. It allows unambiguous identification of the cardholder performing the operation and minimizes the risk of fraudulent card transactions.
Security Guarantees
JSC Bank CenterCredit protects and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information transmission to the payment gateway is carried out using SSL encryption technology. Further data transmission occurs over secure closed banking networks with the highest reliability level. JSC Bank CenterCredit does not share your card data with us or any third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

Online Payment Security
The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.
The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by JSC Bank CenterCredit. All payment card transactions are conducted in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. Specialized security technologies for online card payments are used during data transmission, and data processing is carried out on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.
Payment by card is secure because:
The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of their payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, as this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
The buyer enters their payment details directly into the authorization system of JSC Bank CenterCredit, not on the online store’s website; therefore, the buyer’s card payment details will not be accessible to third parties.
Delivery Terms
We deliver orders throughout Kazakhstan using courier and postal services. Delivery times and costs depend on the region and are calculated at the time of order placement. After shipping, we provide a tracking number to monitor your package.
Refunds
Refunds for online payments made by bank cards cannot be issued in cash. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems:
  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery; after delivery, the refusal must be made within 14 days;
  • A return of goods of proper quality is possible if the goods retain their original appearance, consumer properties, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase;
  • The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if such goods can only be used by the person who purchased them;
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the relevant claim.

To refund money to a bank card, you must fill out a "Refund Request Form", which is sent by the company upon request to your email, and send it along with a copy of your identity document to
admin@apollonnutrition.kz.
The refund will be processed to the bank card within ___ business days from the date the company receives the "Refund Request Form."
For refunds related to erroneous transactions, you must submit a written request along with a copy of your identity document and receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous debit. This request should be sent to admin@apollonnutrition.kz.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for reviewing the request and refunding the money starts from the moment the company receives the request and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Payment Decline Reasons:
  • The bank card is not authorized for online payments; you can check this with your issuing bank.
  • Insufficient funds on the bank card; for more details about the available balance, please contact the bank that issued your card.
  • Incorrect bank card details entered.
